Clark & Davidson first opened their doors in 2009 and started out with a very basic “business card” website that just gave the company details along with a brief list of the services that they offered.
In January 2018, they realised that their business needed a website that looked great and attracted new business. They also needed a website that allowed them to show off their client’s properties in a way that allowed prospective buyers and tenants to view all of the key information quickly.
Ombush Media immediately got to work and put in place a modern website with all of the essential features of an estate agency. The new website allows buyers and tenants to search for properties by price, number of bedrooms, area and more.
Thorough staff training was carried out earlier this year to help the team at Clark & Davidson to be able to add and manage properties on the website.
Since the new website went live, unique visitors to the website have increased exponentially – by ensuring that their new site was optimised for search from the ground up, we’ve hit the ground running. Clark & Davidson are now ranking for most of their target keywords and visitor counts continue to grow at pace. The new website now truly reflects the business.
